Did you miss me?! Miss my Menu Plan Monday? I didn’t make a “week-long” menu yesterday because I wanted to put it all out there today with an entire month’s worth of great and healthy meals. Its finally a new month, and I have a some great ideas to get you cooking at home during this busy, busy month!
My template for the month is much more flexible than I have done in the past, as I am thinking it will change up so much anyway, and I can make sure to build some better variety in the weeks ahead. You can see from my calendar below, that I am being super general in my planning: A chicken night, mexican night, soup night, etc. This way, I can adjust the meal planning last minute if I didn’t plan so well…which happens! But this way, I am still on track to a “plan.”
Also great about planning in this way, is that I can still find reasons to make all the great recipes that I find (AND Pin!), and still plan either the whole month or just week-by-week.
I am also making more “whole food” type of meals this month, so my standard meals need some healtier tweaks. All the recipes on my list below are healthier options of some traditional meals, in the sense that you won’t find a can of cream of something, or a ton of mozzarella cheese or condiments. I will miss you, but my belly won’t! Some links are mine, but most are from some other great blogs that I have come to love. Check it out for some inspiration, as I will be pulling from this list as I fill-in my own planning!

9. Fish Tacos
Sometimes it’s hard to pull together a plan for a lot of healthy meals. I have 20 great meals here now that I can pull from to fill in my month-long plan of eating healthy dinners as a family…that aren’t too hard to make!
