Homemade Irish Cream Whiskey (Bailey’s)


You need this recipe.  Let’s be real here: You do a lot to get the Holidays going for your kids. You deserve to do something nice (and nonn-taxing!) for yourself!  Imagine yourself tonight, cozied up next to a fire, or wrapped in a favorite blanket, sipping on this:


Nice.  If you just can’t imagine it because it is bright and early in the morning- I get it, as you probably have 1-11 kids climbing on you at any moment as you read this, clamoring for your every blessed ounce of attention. Sigh. Yes, friends, make this homemade version of a classic cocktail and you won’t be sorry!

Enjoy in coffee drinks, with a dollop of whipped cream- give as a hostess gift for Christmas or New Year’s- serve over ice, on it’s own…whichever you choose, you will enjoy!

Homemade Irish Cream Whiskey (Bailey’s)


  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Irish Whiskey (Jameson)
  • 1 tsp. instant coffee
  • 2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract


Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds or until totally combined.

To store, pour in glass container(s) and keep for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.


Serving Suggestions: Over ice, alone, in coffee, YUM!
