Have you ever just made a recipe because it sounded good? I do it all the time. Just the name of this one sounds both healthy and yum: Protein. Check. Peanut Butter Cups. Check.
So, do you see how I had to make these?!
I cannot take credit for this recipe, however. I got it from the store that I buy my protein from, Performance Nutrition. I think they are a local place, but they had a flyer that they put in my bag, so I decided to try this- and it is yummy!
So easy too! I did change the recipe from theirs a bit, as my protein is different than the one they called for, so here is how I made them:
