My goals for running

2017:

  • Don’t get injured
  • Enjoy the runs
  • Sign up for races to stay motivated
  • Start doing speed-work and hill-work in the mornings
  • PIYO & strength training all year to keep my knees safe
  • Foam roll
  • Train slowly

November 6th, Colt State Park Half Marathon– PR: 1:57:50
under 2 hours was my goal, and I was stoked for the 8:57 pace!

2015

October 11, Narragansett, RI. — Marathon- 4:47

September, Providence RI — Shine- The Color Run — FUNx2!

August 7, Tromptown Run, DeRuyter NY — Half-Marathon- Didn’t do

2014

November 26, Attleboro, MA — GobbleWobble 5k — 27:29

October 11, Newport, RI — Marathon — 4:38:54

September , Providence RI — The Color Run — FUN!

August 7, Tromptown Run, DeRuyter NY — Half Marathon –2:00:10, Div. Place 5

2013

I am not sure that I did anything in 2013.  A “bye” year?!

2012

June 3, Onset MA — Title 9 Sprint Triathalon —  1:23:26; swim 12:30; bike 40:16; run 25:06,  overall 1:23:26, place 94 (out of 172)- clearly running is my advantage here!
